Tonight we attended a family farewell dinner for GLump. He got his departure date for basic moved up. Originally he was set to leave in May. He is leaving a week from Monday. I didn't know until tonight that he was laid off 2 weeks ago. That's a good reason to move up the date. He just got his new date yesterday. We gathered at IHOP in Springville for dinner, which is nicer than the one in Provo - a lot less crowded.
"Rise and shine, Sleeping Beauty! Come on. Hup, hup, hup! Get your clothes on! Get Ready! Got breakfast for ya. Look, you get porridge - and it's happy to see you!"

MULAN!!!! Well technically Mushu says it to Mulan in her tent when she is at training - very fitting!!! Good Luck to GLump. It's really hard to wrap my brain around the idea he's no longer a pesky little kid. :)
